Cyma comes from the Greek word, “Kyma,” which means waves. The term “Cymatics” was coined by the Swiss pioneer of sound research, Hans Jenny (pronounced “yenny”) who researched sound’s ability to form and shape matter. In the early 20th century, a British Osteopath/Naturopath, Dr. Peter Guy Manners worked with a team of scientists and researchers to determine the “signature” frequencies associated with various cells, tissues, organs and systems in the body. He began treating patients with these frequencies in his clinic in Great Britain with great success. Mandara Cromwell, owner and CEO of Cyma Technologies began visiting Dr. Manners in 2001 and was gifted his signature sound codes. The AMI-850 represents the latest development of this important body of work.
The AMI-850 contains over 700 sound codes pre-programmed into twenty different channels. Each channel contains approximately thirty different commutations specifically arranged to target the area of focus, i.e. stress, pain, inflammation, toxicity clearing, etc. The sound codes are administered transdermally (direct skin contact) via two water-based gel-pads, which transmit the sound codes through the meridian pathways in the feet or hands. The patient uses the AMI-850 in a comfortable seated position, or lying down, based on their preference and physical condition.
Before beginning a protocol we ask clients to complete a detailed health history form, which gives our practitioner an understanding of the underlying causes of one’s health challenges. Previous injuries, mental and emotional trauma, stress levels, and exposure to toxins are all important considerations. Once complete, our practitioner will review the information and make a recommendation, based on the prospective clients time and financial resources.
No. Rife machines work by applying a harmonic frequency that causes a pathogen to vibrate at a high rate until it shatters (the same principle applies when a sound frequency is applied to a glass causing it to shatter). Cyma Therapy applies therapeutic sound frequencies that gently massage a cell’s membrane sending it a reminder of how to function optimally.
Some patients may experience some initial discomfort as the frequencies work to clear the meridian pathways, but this generally resolves quickly. Most clients describe the sensation as a pleasant tingling or warming sensation in areas of the body where they previously felt pain.
Pregnant women should not use this device. If you have an implanted electrical device, such as a pacemaker, it is important it always remains at least 6 inches away from the AMI-850 to avoid signal disruption. Always consult with your medical professional before beginning any new type of treatment.
Unfortunately, at this time, we do not work with insurance providers.
We are offering a promotional introductory rate of $125 per 30-minute session, and $200 for back-to-back 30-minute sessions. We offer discounts if a 6-week protocol is paid-in-full. Follow us on social media and sign up for our newsletter for the latest promotional discounts.
Depending on the health issue being addressed and its severity, many patients experience a mild reduction in pain and stress levels. More severe health challenges often require at least a few sessions before their symptoms begin to diminish. Even if a client experiences a significant reduction in symptoms prior to the end of six weeks, we strongly encourage patients to complete it, so the body is fully entrained to the frequencies.

We recommend monthly maintenance sessions upon completing a full protocol.  This is no different than periodic adjustments with a chiropractor after an issue is resolved.
